Ski touring Pale di San Martino

Three days of unforgettable emotions

 

Day 1: Early morning car ride to the Passo Rolle at 1630 meters.
Easy ascent through forests and not too steep slopes to the Piccolo Peak and on to the Gran Col Brincon at 2602 meters.
This is a majestic and panoramic mountain with a nice view on the Pale Group.
Beautiful descent through the Bonetta Valley to San Martino di Castrozza.
In the late afternoon we will ride the Rosetta cable car to 2600 meters to enjoy a nice descent at sunset to the Rosetta Hut at 2541 m.

Day 2: After crossing the highlands of the Pale Group we will reach the Fradusta Peak at 2939 meters.
Descent through a beatiful canal to the Pradidali Hut and the ascent to the Passo del Bal.
Impressive passage under the wall of the Pala di San Martino and descent among sharp peaks to the valley. Lodging in San Martino.

Day 3: Early morning ascent by cable car and fells to the Cima Vezzana Peak, the highest peak of the Group with its 3,192 meters.
Descent on the North side through the Strut Valley to 2,200 meters and the ascent to the  Farangole at 2814 meters.
The tour ends with a nice skiing along the slopes of the Monte Mulaz all the way to the Veneggia Valley.

 

Performance: Car transfer, Guiding, 2 night of lodging with half board (Hut and Hotel), lifts and cable cars, equipment rental.
