Freeride Sella

Val Setus Freeride with Vallon del Pisciadù

Steep couloir on the north side of the Sella – top-class freeride descent

At the top, wide slopes await you, passing the Pisciadù hut, followed by a steep couloir in the middle section – all set within an impressive rocky landscape: Val Setus is certainly one of the most spectacular freeride descents in the Dolomites. The approach from the Pordoi cable car across the Sella plateau takes about two hours of hiking. Surrounded by the vertical walls of the Sella massif, this tour offers everything an ambitious freerider could wish for: a moderate ascent, ideal terrain, and an impressive descent.

Our South Tyrolean mountain guides from Alpinschule Catores will accompany you on this top-class tour and turn the day into something truly special.
